3Arena, Dublin

The 3Arena is Ireland's largest indoor arena with its 14,500 capacity. It is also one of the busiest arenas in the world in terms of ticket sales. The arena was built on the site of The Point Theatre which closed in 2007 to make way for the new building. The venue has hosted many or the world's biggest live acts – including Kings of Leon, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Guns N' Roses, Rihanna, Robbie Williams, Beyonce, plus many others.

Previously known as the O2, its name was changed to 3Arena in September 2014 following the sale of mobile network operator O2 Ireland to rival 3.
