Michael Ball, the musical entertainer who has been wowing audiences around the country with his performances in Hairspray, has announced plans for a huge tour in 2011. The tour, to be named Heroes, will feature Michael Ball paying tribute to some of his personal heroes of the musical world. Michael will also be performing many of his own hits during the 21-date UK & Ireland tour.
The show opens at the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin on the 24th May, and then goes on a UK-wide tour before concluding at the Brighton Centre on the 26th June.
Michael Ball is one of Britain's best loved entertainers, who regularly features on TV and radio, in addition to his critically acclaimed performances on stage. Throughout the summer months Michael Ball has been presenting an afternoon chat show on ITV.
Tickets for Michael Ball's Heroes tour go on general sale at 9am on Friday 24th September.
