Doctor Who will take to the stage in 2015, when a live production will tour the UK's arenas with a cast of 100 actors and singers. The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular will visit arenas in London, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow in May 2015.
The live show will feature the Doctor's famous adversaries – including the iconic Daleks and Cybermen, the spine-chilling Silence and many more fan favourites.
The show will be set to music composed by BAFTA Award-winning Murray Gold and performed by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular will visit the following UK arenas in May 2015:
A matinee and an evening performance will take place at each venue listed.
The Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular premiered in Australia in 2012 and was highly acclaimed by fans and the media.
Tickets for the Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular 2015 UK Tour will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 1st August and will be priced from £20 (plus booking fees).
