Ed Sheeran Announces October 2014 UK & Ireland Tour

Ed Sheeran will be back touring the UK & Ireland this October, following a tour announcement on the singer's website earlier this morning. Ed has confirmed a total of 12 arena dates for October 2014.

The tour will be in support of Ed Sheeran's forthcoming second studio album. It will be the follow-up to his chart-topping debut album, +, which was released in 2011.

Speaking about his new album on Twitter, Ed wrote: "I'm so excited to put this album out. So excited."

Tickets for Ed Sheeran's 2014 UK & Ireland tour dates will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 10th January. There will also be a pre-sale two days earlier for members of Ed's mailing list.
