Following hot on the heels of their recent tour success in North America, The Who have announced that they will be touring the UK and Ireland this summer - with the band's classic rock opera Quadrophenia.
The new concert version of Quadrophenia is personally directed by Roger Daltrey and has been going down a storm stateside, gaining praise from press and fans alike . The new production uses powerful imagery, projected on to an array of massive screens, in order to complement and propel the music.
Original band members Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend will be joined by Zak Starkey (drums), Pino Palladino (bass), Simon Townshend (guitar/backing vocals), John Corey (keyboards), Loren Gold (keyboards/backing vocals) and Frank Simes (musical director, keyboards/backing vocals) during the 10-date tour of the UK and Ireland.

As well as performing Quadrophenia in its entirety, a selection of The Who's classic hits will also be performed during the tour.
Tickets to see The Who on their UK & Ireland summer tour go on general sale at 9am on Friday 1st February. A special fan club pre-sale will also run from 9am on Wednesday 29th January.
