Scissor Sisters Announce UK & Ireland Tour

Scissor Sisters have announced a UK & Ireland tour to take place in October 2012. The tour will be in support of the flamboyant pop group's fourth studio album, Magic Hour, which is due to be released on Monday.

Announcing the tour on their website, Scissor Sisters posted: "We are positively thrilled to announce a new UK tour. So many of you have asked for one we just had to oblige."

Scissor Sisters will perform the following dates during their forthcoming tour of the UK & Ireland:

• Dublin Olympia Theatre - 1st October 2012
• Belfast Waterfront Hall - 2nd October 2012
• Portsmouth Guildhall - 15th October 2012
• Leeds O2 Academy - 16th October 2012
• Glasgow Barrowland - 19th October 2012
• Manchester Apollo - 20th October 2012
• Bristol Colston Hall - 22nd October 2012
• London Roundhouse - 23rd October 2012
• London Roundhouse - 24th October 2012 - EXTRA DATE

Tickets for the tour will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 25th May.
