Radiohead Announce October UK Arena Gigs

Radiohead have today announced dates for the highly anticipated UK leg of their 2012 world tour. The Oxfordshire band, who are currently playing to packed audiences in the USA, will arrive back in the UK in October to perform arena gigs in Manchester and London.

Since announcing that they would embark on a huge world tour in 2012, Radiohead have kept their British fans guessing as to when they would appear in the UK. Today the band confirmed the following UK arena dates:

• Manchester Arena - 6th October 2012
• London O2 Arena - 8th October 2012
• London O2 Arena - 9th October 2012

The October dates will be the band's first UK shows since the In Rainbows tour, back in 2008.

Radiohead's 2012 world tour is in support of the band's eighth studio album, The King of Limbs, which was released in February last year.

Tickets for Radiohead's UK arena shows will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 9th March.
