The Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform a series of huge arena gigs across the UK this November. Since announcing their European mainland tour dates earlier this month, the Chilis have kept their British fans guessing about the UK shows, but today the band's UK tour dates have finally been revealed.
The Chilis will perform a total of nine concerts in the UK, starting with three huge shows at the O2 Arena in London on 7th, 9th and 10th November. The funky monks will then travel up to Scotland to perform a single date at the Glasgow SECC on 12th November. The MEN Arena in Manchester will play host to the Chilis for two shows on 14th and 15th November. A further show will take place at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on 17th November. The Chilis UK tour will then come to an end with two shows at the LG Arena in Birmingham on 19th and 20th November.
Fellow Los Angeles band Fool's Gold will support the Red Hot Chili Peppers throughout their UK tour.
The Chilis are due to release their tenth studio album, I'm With You, later this Summer. The album's first single, The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie, was unveiled earlier this week on the band's website after fears that it might otherwise be leaked.
Tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers on their UK tour will go on general sale at 9am on Friday 29th July.
