Foo Fighters Sell Out Milton Keynes Bowl

8th November 2010

Tickets for the Foo Fighters two nights at the Milton Keynes National Bowl have sold out since going on sale just a few days ago. The Seattle band are set to play to 130,000 fans over the two evenings on 2nd and 3rd July 2011.

The Foo Fighters are also due to release their seventh studio album and they have teamed up with the legendary producer Butch Vig. Vig, who was responsible for the production of Nirvana's Nevermind album, is again teaming up with Dave Grohl and the boys some twenty years since the release of the Nirvana classic.

Grohl said, "We've been in my garage recording totally old school analogue with Butch Vig. For me it was a dream come true. Krist Novoselic came in the other night and played bass on a song!".

The album and sell-out tour are set to take the Foo Fighters to the highest, and heaviest, place they've ever been.

Foo Fighters schedule Wembley Arena Gig

UPDATE: 23rd Jan 2011 - Foo Fighters have announced that they will be headlining at the NME Big Gig in February.
