New Wave band Squeeze formed in 1974 in Deptford, London, and had much success throughout the 80s and 90s. Their most famous member, Jools Holland, was with them from the start and through most of the 80s, but the two stalwarts of the band are Glenn Tilbrook and Chris Difford, who are both responsible for writing all of Squeeze's hits.
The band's most famous hits are Cool for Cats, Up the Junction and Labelled With Love.
Squeeze will hit the road with a 22-date UK tour in November and December 2012, with support from Paul Heaton (former Housemartins and Beautiful South front-man).
